RebrandApps customizes supported player applications. It does not provide content, subscriptions, licenses or ownership of third-party software.

This page clarifies the nature of RebrandApps services and the responsibilities of clients who order or distribute a customized application.

1. Customization service only

RebrandApps provides visual and configuration customization for supported IPTV player applications. Depending on the confirmed scope, this may include a client-supplied app name, icon, logo, splash screen, colors, backgrounds and authorized portal or Multi DNS settings.

Customization does not create, supply or operate the client’s underlying television or media service.

2. No channels or subscriptions

RebrandApps does not sell contentWe do not provide television channels, movies, series, playlists, subscriptions, streaming credentials, content licenses or access to copyrighted media.

Any content accessed through a customized player is provided independently of RebrandApps. The client and the operator of the relevant service are solely responsible for obtaining all rights, licenses and permissions required for that content.

3. Third-party applications and trademarks

Names of third-party applications, platforms, devices or trademarks may be used on this website only to identify compatibility or the subject of a requested customization. Unless expressly stated, RebrandApps is not the owner of those third-party brands and is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with their owners.

Underlying applications and components remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners. A customization order does not transfer ownership of third-party software to the client.

4. Client representations

By submitting assets or configuration, the client represents that they have the authority to:

  • Use and reproduce the submitted business name, logo, artwork and trademarks.
  • Configure the submitted portal, DNS or service information.
  • Operate and promote the intended service in applicable markets.
  • Distribute the resulting build where distribution is permitted.
  • Provide access only to lawfully licensed or otherwise authorized content.

The client is responsible for investigating legal, licensing, platform and distribution requirements before use.

5. Right to refuse requests

RebrandApps may refuse, suspend or terminate a request that appears to involve copyright infringement, piracy, malware, impersonation, deceptive conduct, stolen branding, unauthorized access or other unlawful activity. We may request evidence of authorization where a project presents an elevated rights or security concern.

6. Third-party functionality

Third-party application behavior, operating systems, device firmware, portals, hosting, networks and content services are outside RebrandApps control. Compatibility can change after delivery. We do not guarantee that an application will remain available, supported or compatible with every future platform update.

Clients should test the delivered build on representative devices and in their authorized environment before distribution.

7. No legal or licensing advice

Website information and project communications are provided for general operational purposes and do not constitute legal advice, copyright clearance, platform approval or a content license. Clients should consult a qualified legal professional about their service and distribution obligations.

8. Rights-holder concerns

A rights holder who believes material supplied by a client infringes their rights may contact RebrandApps through Contact & Support with identification of the protected work, the relevant material or project, contact details and a good-faith explanation. Requests will be reviewed and may be referred to the client or acted upon where appropriate.
