RebrandApps sells custom digital services created from client instructions. Because time and production work begin after an order is confirmed, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project and the reason for the request.
1. Cancellation before work begins
If you request cancellation before customization or other substantive work begins, you may receive a refund of the amount paid for the service. Non-recoverable payment provider, currency conversion or blockchain network fees may be deducted where legally permitted and clearly evidenced.
2. Cancellation after work begins
If work has started but the customized build has not been delivered, contact us immediately. Where appropriate, RebrandApps may offer a partial refund based on the unperformed portion of the agreed service, after accounting for work already completed and non-recoverable costs.
No partial refund amount is automatic; it depends on the documented project stage, delivered previews or assets, and applicable mandatory law.
3. After delivery
Custom digital work is generally not refundable merely because a client changes their mind after delivery, selected the wrong player, supplied incorrect details or later prefers a different design. This is because the service was produced for the client and cannot normally be resold as the same order.
However, if the delivered customization materially fails to match the confirmed scope, contact us promptly. We will first make reasonable efforts to correct the scope-related issue. If a material non-conformity cannot be corrected, an appropriate remedy—including a partial or full refund where required—will be considered.
4. Situations that may qualify for a remedy
- The same order was paid twice and both payments are verified.
- RebrandApps confirms that substantive work has not begun.
- The delivered customization materially differs from the written scope.
- A confirmed customization defect cannot be reasonably corrected.
- RebrandApps is unable to provide the agreed service and no acceptable alternative is agreed.
- Applicable law requires a refund or other remedy.
5. Situations normally not eligible
- Incorrect logos, names, colors, URLs or portal details supplied or approved by the client.
- A change of mind, business plan, branding direction or selected app after work has begun.
- Problems caused by the client’s content service, hosting, credentials, network or unauthorized use.
- Changes made by third-party apps, operating systems, devices or platforms after delivery.
- Failure to review stated compatibility or requirements before ordering.
- Requests for features that were not included in the confirmed scope.
- Payment provider or cryptocurrency market changes outside our control.
6. How to report a problem
Contact RebrandApps as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and include the order reference, app name, affected device, a clear description, steps to reproduce the issue and screenshots that do not reveal credentials.
We recommend reporting scope or customization issues within seven calendar days of delivery so the relevant build and project context can be reviewed efficiently. This operational review period does not replace longer mandatory rights that apply under law.
7. Approved refund processing
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method where practical. Processing time depends on the provider, currency, network and banking system. RebrandApps cannot control the time a third party takes to post a completed refund.
8. Payment disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can review the order and attempt a resolution. Fraudulent disputes, false claims or unauthorized reversals may result in suspension of service and submission of relevant order evidence to the payment provider.
